What makes working as a customer service representative Travel and Accommodation so much fun? Well, you are the voice and point of contact for a large company that operates in the travel- and accommodation industry. After an extensive training of 3 weeks you know exactly what to do in every situation! The training is completely in English, the spoken language at work is both English and Dutch. Communicating in Dutch feels natural to you. This is a work from home position. 

During your work you are handling incoming customer requests via email and telephone. This includes; special requests, cancellations, complaints about the booking website and payment problems. You also process reservations and special requests and you keep in touch with the customer and the accommodations. It is important to find out what the expectations and wishes of the customers are. You are an empathetic person and you love to help customers with solving their problems. 

Working hours are flexible from Monday to Saturday between 07:00 o'clock in the morning and 23:00 o'clock in the evening.

Over het bedrijf

You will work for a client that provides customer service for large and well-known national and international companies. You will work at the customer service of the Travel and Accommodation department.

Wat wij bieden

• Gross hourly wage of € 12.40 and a homework allowance;

• Digital training week for 3 weeks from 8.00 o'clock until 18.00 o'clock;

Functie eisen

• Experience as a call center employee or with customer contact (hotel, catering, retail) functions;

• You master the Dutch and English language in word and writing;

• You are a strong communicator, you like to call with our customers and have excellent administration skills;

• You are patient and you can empathize with the customer. This to have a pleasant conversation with different people;

• You can meet the requirements for working days.
